How to use the app

The WRW Hub and challenge apps are built to make your challenge feel bigger than just tracking distance.

Log your progress while unlocking rewards, milestones and themed experiences inspired by each event.

Your progress stays connected to the WRW hub, allowing you to save completed challenges, track achievements and build your collection as you go.

Designed for wrestling fans who want more than a standard fitness app, the WRW experience works alongside platforms like Strava, Garmin and Apple Health to help keep you motivated from start to finish.

How the WRW App Works

  1. Open the WRW hub using the link sent to you on sign up and download the app (you will receive a pass code via email for your chosen challenge).

  2. Track your walk/run/cycle in strava or preferred fitness app (link provided in WRW hub)

  3. Check off each day in the app. (if you miss a day don't worry just tick the next day on your tracker)  Remember to hit the sync button.

  4. Watch your progress move across the map. Unlocking collectable cards along the way!

  5. Finish the challenge and Upload proof of completion (running app, fitness tracker or step count).

  6. We verify it and ship your medal. Medals are dispatched weekly.

That’s it. No timers. No pressure. No rules on how fast or how often. Your run, your way —  log it, prove it and we ship it.
