What is a virtual challenge?

A virtual challenge is a challenge you complete in your own time, at your own pace, and in your own location, Completed Anywhere in the world — outdoors, treadmill, trail or gym or just getting your steps in at work.

Can I walk it?

Yes! Walking is absolutely fine, we accept any form of movement, so you can run, walk, skate, cycle. And any method as long as you're moving we are happy.

What happens if i miss a day?

The challenges are for a set number of days but they do not have to be consecutive. Just pick up where you left off on your next convenient day and continue to check off your days in the app. 

Is there a time limit?

No, complete it at your own pace even our featured challenges can take as long as you need.

is it suitable for beginners?

Yes, it is suitable for all fitness levels.

What happens after i sign up?

You’ll receive your confirmation email and a link to access our app. This app gives you the options to send your proofs directly to us or you can send proofs to Log@wrw-thehub.com

Do i need to download an app?

To use the wrw hub a download is required. 

do i need to create an account to use your app?

Yes, to save your progress and ensure you dont lose it when changing devices.

can i use more than one device?

Yes. Once you have signed into your account your information will sync to other devices.

How do i track my distance?

Track your distance with your own health tracker/running app. you can then log your distance after each session on our app to see your total progress  and unlock your collectables.

what counts as proof?

Any screenshot from your fitness or running app showing distance or your daily step count. 

when will my medal be sent?

Medals are dispatched on friday each week. Your medal will be sent out on the nearest postage date after proofs have been received.

Do you post internationally?

Yes we do.

what if my medal arrives damaged?

Contact us and we will be happy to replace it.

Do i have to use the app?

Yes, the app checks off your progress.

what if i lose my app progress?

Contact us at contact@wrw-thehub.com and we will be happy to help you restore this.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Running data is stored locally on your device. Any confidential data held by us such as email and shipping address are held under GDPR.

Do you track my activity?

No, we only receive your proof email once your run is completed.

Do you track my location on your app?

No.
